Advanced computer systems research center aims to build and investigate the next generation data center computer systems. Our research area spans in hardware architectures, storage and network systems, operating systems, and benchmarks. Existing projects include: agile and open-source hardware, software-defined cloud computing, asynchronous messaging memory system, high performance userspace network stack, QoS guaranteed distributed storage system, storage systems based on emerging hardware, data center benchmarks and test procedures, The center has been supported by a number of domestic and international well-known enterprises (Huawei, Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba, Meituan, Intel, IBM, EMC, etc.).
