At 10:00 am on June 28, 2011, Deputy Secretary Li Jintao launched the top-sealing ceremony for the 1st phase of Loongson Industry Park project. After 9 months’ construction, the main body of the 1st phase has been completed. At the ceremony, Deputy Standing Director Sun Ninghui expressed his congratulations and thanks to those that are involved in the construction.
