pFind Studio facilitates studies in proteomics and life science research

Date: May 11, 2023
  • Developed by the pFind team, pFind Studio has been widely used in the field of proteomics and life science research. It germinated in 2002 in the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. The pFind team focuses on methods and technologies development for massive biological mass spectrometry data analysis, and on developing and maintaining the corresponding software system. By applying mainstream computing technology such as statistical machine learning, pattern recognition and combinatorial optimization, and by fully incorporating biological mass spectrometry techniques, pFind Studio effectively identifies and quantifies peptides and proteins based on types of mass spectrometry data.
