The Institute of Computing Technology (ICT) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) is a leading research institution in China that focuses on the development and application of advanced computing technologies. ICT has a long history of international cooperation and exchange, which has contributed to its academic reputation and influence in the global computing community.

ICT sends more than 100 scholars to participate in international academic exchanges every year, attending various conferences, workshops, symposia, and seminars around the world. These scholars present their latest research findings, share their insights and experiences, and establish collaborations with their peers from different countries and regions. ICT also invites renowned international scholars to visit the institute and give academic lectures, seminars, or tutorials on topics related to computing technology. These activities provide opportunities for ICT researchers and students to learn from the experts, exchange ideas, and broaden their horizons.

ICT welcomes international cooperation with other research institutions, universities, enterprises, and organizations that share its vision and mission. There are several possible channels for initiating and conducting international cooperation with ICT, such as applying for international cooperation projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), or CAS; participating in talent exchange programs supported by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) or CAS; or establishing joint research centers or laboratories with ICT partners.
