- With a team culture of “high efficiency, high quality, and high growth,” the Research Center of Distributed Systems (RCDS) aims to research and build the next generation of information infrastructure by catching the trend of distributed development in the era of IT 3.0.
- RCDS takes promoting the construction of information superbahn large-scale testbed as its core task and studies the principles and methods of distributed systems, including architecture, system software, protocols, and programming paradigms. By carrying out disruptive and source innovation, RCDS is building a new type of distributed computing research team with significant disciplinary characteristics and global influence. It is designed to be a gathering and growth platform for outstanding talents in the field of distributed systems.
- RCDS focuses on the discipline construction and academic research of distributed systems, tapping ICT’s disciplinary and research advantages. Its overarching direction is to be the implementation and research base for major national scientific programs and facilities.
