Jinglin Shi, professor, doctoral supervisor, director of Wireless Communication Technology Research Center of ICT/CAS, expert of 6G wireless technology working group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, recipient of special government allowance of the State Council, one of 100 leading talents in science and technology Beijing, visiting professor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He has long been engaged in research and development of core equipment in the field of wireless mobile communication and network technology. Since 2001, he has presided over and participated in more than 30 national key projects, including National Wireless Broadband Major Project, National Program on Key Basic Research Project (973 Program), National High-tech R&D Program of China (863 Program), National Enhancement Program on Science and Technology Foundation, CNGI special plan hosted by National Development and Reform Commission, Beijing Science and Technology Major Project, and Hongguang special plan hosted by CAS. He has 117 authorized invention patents, 43 invention patents in the application, and 37 proposals for wireless communication technology standards at home and abroad. He has published nearly 200 papers in IEEE Trans on Com, IEEE JSAC, WCNC, ICC and other academic journals at home and abroad and famous academic conferences, and has published 2 academic monographs. He has been awarded Beijing Technical Invention Award, Technological Transferring Achievement Award by CAS, and Development Promotion by CAS.
