Dr. Xu is currently an associate professor at ICT, CAS. His research interests focus on computer architecture, domain-specific processors and chiplets. He has published several papers in the field of computer architecture and integrated circuits, including HPCA, ICCAD, IEEE TCAD, IEEE TCAS-I etc. He has more than 50 patents and has designed several domain-specific processors for application in autonomous systems, such as robots.
