Dr. Dong is a Senior Engineer with the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
He earned two Ph.D.s in computer science and technology from the Beijing Institute of Technology (2018) and in software engineering from the University of Technology Sydney (2018). He was a SIEF STEM+ Business Fellow with the University of Technology Sydney (2018–2020), and a Senior Developer/Project Manager with Workforce Health Assessors (2021), where he led the R&D of the Quescreen intelligent pre-employment health assessment platform.
Aligning his research interests in concept drift, he has high-quality publications in IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, and Knowledge-Based Systems. He is now serving as a review editor and reviewer for Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge-Based Systems, respectively.
