Dr. Lin Gao is an associate professor (PhD supervisor) with Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received PhD degree from Tsinghua University in 2014 under the guidance of Prof. Shi-Min Hu, and was a visiting professor in Prof. Leif Kobbelt group at RWTH Aachen University in 2016. He published more than 60 papers in internationally renowned journals and conferences in related fields, including 31 papers in ACM SIGGRAPH\TOG (10), IEEE TPAMI (6) and IEEE TVCG (15), and 11 papers in CVPR\ICCV\NeurIPS\AAAI. He was selected into the Distinguished Young Scholars of Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation, Newton Advanced Fellowship of Royal Society, Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship by CAST, and won Young Researcher Award of Asia Graphics Association, the First-Class Technological Invention Award of China Computer Federation.
