Dr. Haiyong Luo is a researcher of the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the ACM and IEEE member, the director of the national RTLS standard group, the member of Professional Committee of Pervasive Computing and Technical Committee on Distributed Computing and Processing of China Computer Federation. He has undertaken and participated in more than 30 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 863 Plan ,National key research and development program special projects and National Science and Technology Major Project, etc. He has won the first prize of Beijing science and Technology (2005), the 1st-class Award of China Satellite Navigation Technology Progress (2020), the 1st place of the INS-based (2021) and video-based positioning contest in the IPIN2021 and IPIN2022, respectively. He has applied for 56 patents (including 33 authorized patents), and published more than 180 academic papers, edited 4 books, and proposed 9 national RTLS technical standards.
