Dr. Jialin Zhang is a professor in Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Science. Prior to ICT, she was a postdoctoral researcher in University of Southern California. She received her PhD in applied mathematics from Tsinghua University under the supervision of Andrew Chi-Chih Yao.  Her research interest includes theoretical computer science and quantum computing, especially submodular maximization, approximation algorithm, algorithmic game theory, quantum algorithm design, quantum circuit optimization, etc.
